Happy Hour

Is there anything happier that Sonic happy hour? Everyone I talk to loves going to Sonic for happy hour. By 2:00 my body is screaming for a diet Dr. Pepper. I heard something the other day about going green or something like that and they were talking about how many styrofoam cups were thrown away daily. I felt a little responsible for that (but not enough to stop me from going).

Delicious

I had a dessert yesterday that was so good. My favorite candy are Rocher. I'm not sure how to spell them but I am sure they are delicious. Well, if you like the hazelnut flavor in Rocher you'll love this dessert. All you do is frost brownins with Nutella and then sprinkle with chopped, toasted hazelnuts. It's really rich and really sweet and really good!!

totally addicted

I have a new addiction (which is why there has been no activity on my blog since the day I started it) I found free games on Yahoo's home page. I love Bricks Breaking II and Penguin Diner (that one had me sweating I was so stressed!) I also love the daily games (crossowrd, jigsaw, and word round-up) Check them out, you'll see what I mean.

To text or not to text

Okay, so I've got a friend that texts all the time. A couple of weeks ago she taught me how to do it. A week later she sends me one asking what time we are meeting that night. I think, "I can do this, it's only 3 numbers". So I get all ready, I get to the message box and I start. "53" no zero. My zero key only changes from upper to lower case. I takes me forever but I cancel the text because I couldn't find a delete key. Then I start over and I think "I'll just use the letter o" So I start "53o" But that isn't right either. Still unable to find a delete key I cancel this message as well. Now I'm thinking "I'll just spell it out" I start a new message "five" but when I use my arrow key to move to a new word the phone adds a "s" to the end of five! After starting and cancelling a couple more times with the same results, I give up, call her and leave a voice message "five thirty!" (At five thirty she showed me how to find my 1 and my 0, and punctuation, and how to move to the next word without the phone adding letters.)

Just look at that face!

Emily really got into her birthday cake!

We returned home with Ivy when she was 3 days old. After spending a day with the whole family I guess she felt the need to pray for strength!
